Receta Buttermilk Lemon Pie

- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine -- melted
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 x 9 inch pie crust -- unbaked
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs.; add in next 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 10 min; place foil over edges of crust and bake 5 - 10 min longer or possibly till set. Let cold on a wire rack.
- Yield: 8 servings.
