  • 4 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves skinless chicken
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. buttermilk (or possibly make your own)
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. grnd pecans
  • 1 c. 100% stone grnd whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lb. the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Heat butter in a baking dish large sufficient to accommodate the chicken breasts. Mix buttermilk and egg together in a small bowl. Mix grnd pecans, flour, sesame seeds, paprika and salt together on a large flat plate. Dip chicken in the buttermilk mix, then in pecan/flour mix, turning to coat. Place coated chicken breasts in the baking dish, turning to coat with butter. Top with minced pecans. Bake for 30 min, till the chicken is tender and the coating browned and crispy.
  2. NOTES : Moist and tender chicken breasts with a fragrant crunchy coating.
