  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp rubbed sage
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or possibly to taste
  • 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 x boneless 1/2"-thk center-cut pork chops

Direcciones

  1. Combine paprika, salt, sage, pepper, garlic pwdr, and cayenne on a plate. Coat chops with seasoning mix on both sides.
  2. Heat butter and oil over high heat in a large skillet till very warm. Place chops in skillet, reduce heat to medium and cook 8 to 9 min, turning once halfway through cooking time.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
