Receta Cajun Spiced Pecans

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted
- 3 c. Pecan halves
- 1/2 c. Light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Powdered Chile
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar Salt, to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Heat butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add in the pecans and saute/fry till lightly browned, about 3 min. Add in the brown sugar and cook till caramelized. Stir in the paprika, chile pwdr and cumin. Add in the vinegar and cook till all the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt. Spread the pecans on a cookie sheet and bake in an oven till crisp, about 3 to 5 min. WALT
