- 3 x Zucchini, sliced thin Salt & pepper
- 4 ounce Green chilies, diced
- 1/4 c. Green onions, sliced
- 3 c. Rice, cooked
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 2 c. Cheese, shredded

- Saute/fry BEEF,ZUCCHINI,ONION,SALT, GARLIC Pwdr AND CHILI Pwdr IN A LIGHTLY GREASED SKILLET Till MEAT IS NO LONGER PINK, AND VEGETABLES ARE TENDER-CRISP. STIR FREQUENTLY Add in GREEN CHILES, RICE, Lowfat sour cream AND 1 C. OF THE CHEESE. TURN INTO A GREASED SHALLOW 2 Qt CASSEROLE. ARRANGE TOMATO SLICES ON TOP. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER, AND TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES 25 TO 30 Min Or possibly Till CHEESE BROWNS.
