- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp Cayenne
- 4 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 c. Strong coffee
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and heat till flavors combine. Marinate steak 6-8 hours. Barbecue about 4-5 minutes total so still pink inside and let rest 5-7 minutes. Just do not cook till well done.
