Receta Chicken & Mushroom Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms,
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 6 c. chicken broth (Or possibly soup stock)
- 1 c. cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. white rice, uncooked
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Green onions, minced, for garnish
Direcciones
- Saute/fry mushrooms in butter. Add in to chicken broth with chicken and rice. Cook till rice is puffy and add in lemon juice and green onions before serving. Serves 6-8.
