Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 4 Tbsp. Butter To taste Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a skillet. Saute/fry the chicken till just done. Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute longer. Add in the parsley, butter and seasonings. Heat till the butter has melted. Serve the chicken hot (over pasta or possibly rice) topped with the butter and garlic sauce.
