Receta Chilled Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x 9-inch Baked pie shell
- 4 x 1-oz Unsweetened chocolate squares
- 14 ounce can Eagle Brand lowfat milk, chocolate
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 c. Whipping cream, whipped
Direcciones
- In 2 qt glass measure with handle, combine chocolate, Eagle brand lowfat milk and vanilla, cook and stir on high power 2-4 min, stirring after after each minute till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth. Cold to room temperature, about 1-1 1/2 hrs. Beat until smooth, mix in whipped whipping cream. Spoon into baked pie shell. Refrigerateuntil set, about 4 hrs. Keep refrigerated
