Receta Chinese Lemon Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce.) box lemon gelatin
- 2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 chicken breasts halved, skinned, boned
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
Direcciones
- Combine dry gelatin, garlic salt, mustard and butter. Mix well. Spread mix proportionately in oven proof baking dish.
- Place chicken in single layer over gelatin mix turning to coat both sides. Cover baking dish. Place chicken in a preheated 350 degree oven after 15 min turn chicken pcs over; baste with sauce.
- Sprinkle chicken with almond slices. Cover dish and return to oven for 15 more min. Remove cover and baste chicken with sauce, bake for final 15 min. Total baking time 45 min. Serves 4.
