Receta Chinese Style Green Beans

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. EACH soy sauce and water
- 1 tsp EACH cornstarch and brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dark Oriental sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp EACH chopped garlic and gingerroot

- Cook time:15 min
- Place beans in a vegetable steamer in a large pot over boiling water. Cover tightly and steam 10 min. Cold under cool running water. Drain.
- While beans are steaming, mix soy sauce, water, cornstarch, sugar, sesame oil and crushed red pepper in a small bowl till the cornstarch is well blended.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large Dutch Oven, pot or possibly wok over medium-high heat.
- Add in beans and stir-fry 3 min, or possibly till beans are very warm and start to char in spots. Add in garlic and gingerroot. Continue stir-frying 2 min.
- Pour in soy sauce mix. Toss beans constantly till beans are proportionately coated and glazed. 1-3 min.
