Receta Chocolate And Orange Brownies

Ingredientes
- 1 x Orange, washed and cut into eight
- 115 gm Muscavado sugar
- 2 x Egg whites, lightly whisked
- 2 Tbsp. Natural lowfat yoghurt
- 115 gm Plain flour
- 25 gm Cocoa pwdr
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr Icing sugar to dust

- Preheat the oven to Gas4/350f/180c
- 1 Place the orange pcs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 min till the orange is softened.
- 2 Drain, transfer to a food processor and whizz till smooth. Set to one side.
- 3 Line a square tin with baking parchment. In a bowl mix together the orange pulp, sugar, egg whites and lowfat yoghurt.
- 4 Sift the flour, baking pwdr and cocoa and lightly fold together.
- Transfer the mix to the prepared tin and gently level off.
- 5 Bake for approx 30 min till risen and hard. Allow to cold in the tin for 5 min then transfer to a wire rack to cold.
- 6 Cut into nine equal squares, lightly dust with icing sugar and serve at once.
