Receta Chocolate Fruit Cake

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened 4 (1-oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. golden brown raisins
- 1 c. coarsely minced macadamia nuts
- 1/2 c. coarsely minced crystallized ginger
- 1/4 c. bourbon
Direcciones
- 1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease a (9-inch) tube pan.
- 2. Beat together brown sugar, butter, chocolate, Large eggs and lowfat milk in large bowl with electric mixer large bowl till fluffy. Add in flour, baking pwdr and salt; beat till combined. Mix in raisins, macadamia nuts and crystallized ginger. Transfer mix to greased tube pan.
- 3. Bake 1 hour or possibly till golden and surface springs back when gently pressed. Cold to room temperature on wire rack. Wrap in cheesecloth soaked in bourbon; rewrap tightly and chill at least 1 week before cutting.
