Receta Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 10 Tbsp. Butter, (no substitute), softened
- 3/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. Macadamia nuts, coarsely minced
- 3/4 c. Pecans, coarsely minced
- 12 x Caramel candies
- 2 Tbsp. Whipping cream
Direcciones
- In a mixing bvowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add in egg. Combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; add in to creamed mix and mix well. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 F. for 10-12 min or possibly till golden brown. Cold on wire rack. For glaze, heat the caramels and cream in a saucepan over Low heat, stirring till smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
