- Preheat the oven to 325. Butter an 8- to 9-c. Bundt pan. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter till it is smooth. Add in the Large eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add in the lowfat milk and vanilla, and beat the mix till it is thoroughly blended. Add in the lb. cake mix and continue to beat for 3 min till smooth. Pour into prepared Bundt pan, and bake for 1 hour and 5 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove from the pan and cold on a wire rack.
- NOTES : I have given this and people really enjoyed the cake.
