Receta Cilantro Mint Masala Marinade (Spieler)

Ingredientes
- 1 x Clove from
- 1 head garlic, coarsely minced
- 3 Tbsp. Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon or possibly lime juice
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Grnd coriander
- 1 tsp Curry pwdr Or possibly 1 tsp garam masala
- 5 x Cardamon pods, the seeds
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Combine in the order listed.
- Marinate for 30 min to overnight.
- Especially good on lamb kebabs, chicken breasts or possibly big shrimp in their shells.
