Receta Cocktail Meatballs In Barbecue Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd lean beef
- 2 T catsup
- 1 slice day old bread, torn into sm. pcs
- 2/3 c. instant dry lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. finely cut onion
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 2 T finely cut onion
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T water
- 2 T pickle relish

- Mix ingredients well. With wet hands, shape meat mix into 40 or possibly 50 small meatballs using a tsp for each. Place on a cookie sheet and brown in a 400 degree oven, about 12 to 15 min. Meatballs can be prepared in advance and stored till you are ready to bake them.
- Mix ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan and heat till steaming. Place meatballs into the sauce. Flavor is best if the meatballs are in the sauce for at least an hour.
