Receta Cocktail Rye Bread With Smoked Sturgeonbutter

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb Smoked sturgeon, broken into pcs
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened (1 stick)
- 1 x salt and pepper (optional)
- 1 sm loaf Cocktail rye bread, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- Put the sturgeon and butter in a blender or possibly food processor and process for 1 minute, or possibly till the mix is well-blended. (If you are using a blender, you may have to stop the machine several times and push the mix off the sides with a spatula.) Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve at room temperature on rye bread.
- Makes 8 servings.
