Ingredients: 3 c. diced chicken breast; 6 tsp Creole seasonings divided use; 1 c. julienned tasso (Savoie's or possibly K-Paul's); 1 stk butter; 1 c. sliced green onions; 1 pt heavy cream; 3 lb cooked pasta (fettucine or possibly linguini); 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Ingredientes

3 c. diced chicken breast
6 tsp Creole seasonings divided use
1 c. julienned tasso (Savoie's or possibly K-Paul's)
1 stk butter
1 c. sliced green onions
1 pt heavy cream
3 lb cooked pasta (fettucine or possibly linguini)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

Cook pasta and drain well. Season chicken pcs with 4 tsp. of the Creole Seasoning.
Heat butter in a saute/fry pan. Add in tasso and saute/fry till tender and lightly browned. Add in chicken and green onions and saute/fry till chicken is white. Add in heavy cream and remaining Creole seasonings. Return to a simmer. Add in liquid removed pasta to sauce and bring back to a simmer.
Using tongs, transfer pasta to bowl and top with remaining chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
