- 1 can Whole-kernel Corn(16 1/2 ounce), liquid removed
- 1 can Cream-style Corn(16 1/2 ounce)
- 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 stk Butter, melted
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together, adding lowfat sour cream last. Pour into a greased casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
