Receta Corn On The Cob With Garlic Basil Butter

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. basil leaves
- 3 x garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pch sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter - (1 stick) softened
- 8 x ears corn
Direcciones
- Place basil and garlic in a food processor. Pulse till finely minced. Add in lemon juice, sugar, and salt and process till thoroughly incorporated. Add in butter and blend till smooth. Place butter mix in a small serving bowl or possibly ramekin.
- Add in corn to large pot of boiling salted water and cook till just tender, about 5 min. Transfer to a platter and serve with garlic-basil butter.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
