- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) can corn (with juice)
- 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 ounce) lowfat sour cream

- Put together all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
