Ingredientes
- 10# cornbread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp sage
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cups celery, chopped
- 5 qts chicken stock
- 1 1/3 cups margarine, melted
- 8 eggs, beaten
Direcciones
- Add seasoning to cornbread crumbs.
- Cook onion and celery in water until tender; drain.
- Add onions and celery to cornbread mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Avoid overmixing.
- Place in greased 12 x 20 x 2 inch pans. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
