Receta Cottage Cheese Soup (Dairy)

Ingredientes
- 1 x Onion minced
- 1 x Celery stalk minced
- 2 x Green peppers minced
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 3 c. Water
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Light cream
- 1 c. Cottage cheese
Direcciones
- Cook the onion, celery and green peppers in the butter for 15 min. Add in the salt, pepper, paprika, water and lowfat milk. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour. Just before serving, add in the cream and cheese. Heat but do not boil.
- Serves 8.
