- 1 c. Finely minced cranberries
- 1 c. Minced peeled mango or possibly papaya
- 1/4 c. Chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- Found this at the Cooking Light sight. It's not a strawberry salso, but strawberries might substitute well!
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and toss well.
- Yield:1-1/2 c.
