  • 1 x (12 oz) can evaporated lowfat milk or possibly heavy cream

  1. Heat butter in large sauce pan over medium heat. Add in the onion and cook for 1 to 2 min or possibly till tender. Remove from heat and stir in flour and seasoning salt; return to heat.
