  1. Puree raspberries by pushing them through a fine sieve with the back of a spoon. You should get at least 3/4 c. puree. In food processor or possibly blender, combine vinegar and sugar, blend until smooth. With machine running, slowly add in oil, then slowly add in half-and-half and puree. Mix well. Chill till ready to serve.
  2. Shake well before serving. Great on a mixed greens salad.
