Receta Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 1 x (10-ounce.) pkg. frzn unsweetened raspberries, thawed
- 1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. half-and-half or possibly light cream
Direcciones
- Puree raspberries by pushing them through a fine sieve with the back of a spoon. You should get at least 3/4 c. puree. In food processor or possibly blender, combine vinegar and sugar, blend until smooth. With machine running, slowly add in oil, then slowly add in half-and-half and puree. Mix well. Chill till ready to serve.
- Shake well before serving. Great on a mixed greens salad.
