- 2 Tbsp. Minced Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine Or possibly Butter
- 2 1/2 c. Noodles, Cooked
- 1 c. ( 8 ozs) Dairy Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Sliced Ripe Olives
- 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- Prepare Deviled Large eggs according to Recipe 19. Cover and microwave onion and margarine in 1 1/2-Quart casserole on high (100%) till onion is tender, 1 1/2 to 2 min. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave till warm, 5 to 6 min. Arrange Large eggs on noodles. Cover and microwave till Large eggs are warm, 1 to 2 min.
