- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 can Crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Diced bananas, (about 2 lg. ones)
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 4 tsp Sweet and Low
- 1 1/2 c. Veg. oil
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients in bowl. Blend don't beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min for cupcakes; tube pan - for cake 80 min.
