  • 1 pkt Chicken livers and gizzards
  • 1/2 lb Grnd pork -and-
  • 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 4 c. Cooked rice
  • 1/2 bn green onions with tops
  • 1/2 med Size bell pepper
  • 3 stalk celery
  • 1 med Onion Garlic pwdr, red and black pepper, and salt to taste
  • 1/4 c. Veg. oil
  • 1/4 c. Flour (or possibly use 1/2 package gravy mix)

Direcciones

  1. Boil giblets till tender. Chop and set aside, reserving the stock. Saute/fry celery, Bell pepper and onion in 1 Tbsp. veg. oil. Add in giblets and, last, green onion tops. Add in roux. Add in 1 c. stock. Cook slowly till mix thickens, then add in to cooked rice. Heat in covered casserole for 20 min at 250 degrees.
