Receta Dropped Tea Cakes

Ingredientes
- 2 stk butter, softened
- 2 1/4 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 4 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 c. Buttermilk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Cream butter; gradually add in sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add in Large eggs, beating well. Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda and nutmeg; add in to creamed mix alternately with buttermilk, mixing well. Stir in vanilla. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min or possibly till lightly browned.
