Add a photoThis Italian style meatloaf was nonchalantly told to me by a good Italian friend from Reggio Calabria. He is an easy-breezy guy just like his recipes.
Ingredientes
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 egg, beaten
- 6 oz. Italian sausage, hot
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
Direcciones
- In large bowl combine all ingredients, mix well.
- Place in loaf pan;
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
- Slice and Serve
