Receta Eggs In Red Pepper Sauce Sambal Goreng Telo

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Onion
- 1 x Clove Of Garlic Butter For Frying
- 1 c. Coconut Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Stock
- 1 x Salt To Taste
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Laos Pwdr If Available
- 4 x Hard Boiled Large eggs
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the minced onion and garlic in the butter. Add in the other ingredients (except the Large eggs) and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
- Add in the Large eggs and continue cooking and stirring for 3 min. Remove from the heat and halve the Large eggs, then serve warm.
