Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. 2% lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 1/3 c. butter melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. butter
Direcciones
- In a large bowl combine flour, lowfat milk, beaten Large eggs, 1/3 c. melted butter, sugar, baking pwdr and salt till just blended.
- Preheat a non-stick electric frying pan or possibly non-stick skillet to 350 degrees. Pour about 1/4 c. of batter into pan per pancake. Cook till bubbles just begin to pop and flip once; cook for 1 to 2 min longer. Serve with maple syrup and remaining 1/2 c. butter on the side.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
