Receta Fudge Dessert Fondue

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips (6 ounce)
- 2 T butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated lowfat milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash salt
- Cubed lb or possibly angel food cake
- Fresh strawberries
- Marshmallows
- Pineapple chunks
- Apple wedges
- Maraschino cherries
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate chips and butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sweetened condensed lowfat milk, vanilla and salt. Cook stirring constantly about 5 min till mix is hot and slightly thickened. Keep warm in fondue pot while serving. Serve with assorted dippers. Chill any leftovers.
- If mix thickens too much, add in hot water 1 T at a time till at a dipping consistency. May also be used as ice cream topping.
