These are great as an appetizer for parties or as a light lunch. Kids love them cold as a snack.

Direcciones

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 after chill time.
  2. Cut each breast into 4 or 5 chunks.
  3. Mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley and salt + pepper in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip chicken in the egg then into the breadcrumb mix and place in a single layer on a baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 30 mins.
  5. Make Garlic mayo, mix together mayo, cream cheese and garlic. season with salt and pepper. chill.
  6. Place chicken in an oven proof dish, make sure they are not touching. Drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Cook for approx 20 mins, until golden and crispy.
