- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Healthy pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp. basil
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- Cooked pasta
