Receta Ham, Broccoli And Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 3 baking potatoes, thinly sliced (1 1/2 lb.)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) broccoli spears (frzn)
Direcciones
- Arrange sliced potatoes in 13x9 baking dish. Heat 1/4 c. butter in saucepan; stir in salt, paprika and pepper. Drizzle over potatoes. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 45 min or possibly until browned and tender. Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain and set aside. For cheese sauce, heat butter in saucepan, blend in flour, salt, mustard and pepper until smooth. Gradually blend in lowfat milk; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in cheese until melted. Arrange broccoli spears atop warm potatoes; spread ham over potatoes; pour cheese sauce proportionately over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 425 for 15 to 20 min. Serves 6.
