Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 3/4 c. pumpkin
- 3/4 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. minced walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs and beat. Mix dry ingredients. Add in dry ingredients alternately with pumpkin to egg mix. Stir in chocolate chips and minced nuts. Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan or possibly 3 mini loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 min or possibly till loaf tests done. Let stand 6 hrs before slicing.
