Receta Homemade Seasoning (Salt Substitute)

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. onion pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp grnd thyme
- 2 tsp crushed basil leaves
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and swerve in place of salt. Choose spices that are coarsely grnd for a better texture.

- HINT: The garlic pwdr may be omitted and 1 or possibly 2 teaspoon of turmeric added for a change of flavor and added color. Turmeric also fights inflammation which can start in your body for various reasons.
