Receta Honey Blueberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. Melted butter
- 1/2 c. Blueberries
Direcciones
- Sift flour with salt and baking pwdr. Mix lowfat milk, honey, beaten egg, blueberries and melted butter. Add in to dry ingredients. Stir quickly just long sufficient to moisten dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full.
- Bake 35 min at 400 degrees or possibly till browned.
- Makes 12 muffins.
