Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 6 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 can Bean sprouts, liquid removed, #303
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion in melted shortening till transparent. Add in beef and brown. Mix Large eggs, salt and pepper and bean sprouts then add in to meat mix. Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake 20 to 25 min at 350 degrees.
