Receta Horseradish Roast Beef Special

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Country-style Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Prepared horseradish
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 1/2 tsp Chopped fresh garlic
- 8 slc Sourdough bread
- 12 slc Roast beef
- 8 slc Ripe tomato
- 12 slc Cucumber
Direcciones
- In small bowl stir together all spread ingredients. In small bowl stir together butter and garlic. Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with garlic butter. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 5 to 6" from heat for 3 to 4 min or possibly till bread is toasted.
- To assemble each sandwich layer 1 slice bread with 3 slices roast beef, 2 slices tomato and 3 slices cucumber. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. spread over cucumbers. Top with 1 slice bread.
