Receta Hungarian Cucumber Salad

Ingredientes
- 3 x Cucumbers, Thinly sliced
- 1 c. Sugar Salt
- 1/2 c. Vinegar Lowfat sour cream ( optional )
- 1 tsp Paprika Black pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- 1. Place thinly sliced cucumbers in a bowl, scrub them with the salt and sugar.
- 2 .Let stand overnight in the fridge.
- 3. Squeeze out all the liquid.
- 4. Add in vinegar, pepper.
- 5. Serve sprinkled with paprika and a little lowfat sour cream.
- NOTES : Without the cream may be kept a week in the fridge. unmold
