  • 1 tsp grated lime peel
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. canola or possibly vegetable oil
  • 2 c. Green Giant Select Frzn Sugar Snap Peas
  • 3 c. torn romaine lettuce
  • 3 c. torn Bibb lettuce
  • 1 x avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 lrg , ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 sm red onion, thinly sliced and, separated into rings
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened or possibly regular shredded coconut

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Cook sugar snap peas as directed on package. Drain. Rinse with cool water to cold. Drain well.
  2. In large bowl, combine cooked sugar snap peas and all other salad ingredients except coconut. Add in dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with coconut.
