Receta Italian Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Corn flake crumbs
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese * see note
- 1 x egg white
- 1 tsp water
- 8 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 450 F. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl combine cornflake crumbs, spices and cheese; mix well.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites and water till frothy. Using a fork, dip chicken, one piece at a time into egg and water mix. Drip off excess into bowl. Place on greased baking pan and sprinkle with crumb mix.
- Bake for 15-20 min oru ntil chicken is tender and juice runs clear.
- Serves 8
- * Note: the amount of cheese was lost from this recipe. I am estimating, based on other similar recipes.
