Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 4 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 T sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3/4 c. cool butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk (use buttermilk if you have it)
Direcciones
- Put together dry ingredients. Cut in butter with fingertips. Put together egg and lowfat milk, stir in briefly. Knead on lightly floured surface till dough can be handled. Roll or possibly pat to 1" (nice and thick) thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter, place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 min.
