Receta Lemon Ambrosia Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 can crushed pineapple, liquid removed (8 1/2 ounce.) Water Reserved pineapple syrup
- 1 pkt Pillsbury Lemon Basic Bundt Cake Mix
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. soft margarine or possibly butter
- 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 c. shredded coconut Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease bottom only of 13x9 inch pan.
Direcciones
- Add in water to reserved pineapple syrup to equal 1 c.; blend with Packet 1
- (cake mix), Large eggs and margarine in large bowl till moistened. Beat 2 min at medium speed.
- Mix in liquid removed pineapple, marshmallows and coconut.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in several places comes out clean.
- Cold cake in pan on cooling rack.
- Blend Packet 2 (Glaze mix) with 1 1/3 Tbsp. hot water. If necessary add in a few drops more to make glaze consistency. Drizzle over cooled cake.
- Store cake loosely covered.
