Receta Lobster Chowder

Ingredientes
- 3 c. cut up lobster
- 1/8 pound butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 med. potatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- Lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Heat butter in fry pan and add in cut up lobster. Simmer for 5 min. Add in cream. Boil potatoes and onions that have been diced in a separate pan. When done drain and add in lobster mix. Season with salt and pepper and add in sufficient lowfat milk to cover. Heat and serve.
