Receta Locke Ober Clam Chowder

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 lrg Russet potatoes, peeled and minced into 1/2" cubes
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 c. Bottled clam juice
- 2 c. Fresh clams, minced -or possibly-
- 4 can Minced clams, 6.5 oz,liquid reserved
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh dill, minced
Direcciones
- Heat butter in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add in potato and onion.
- Cook till onion in tender, about 6 min. Add in sufficient bottled clam juice to reserved clam broth to measure 2 c.. Add in to saucepan. Cover and cook till potato is tender, about 12 min. Add in clams, cream and dill. Bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
